Comments

  1. Bru knows sit, down, roll over, bang!, give paw, sit ‘pretty’ (on his hind legs), paws up (on a chair), say your prayers (bow his head while paws up), peekaboo! (through your legs, thanks to you and Daisy), and I’m probably forgetting some.  I can’t wait to add to the list!  He’s so smart. 🙂

  2. Dot does a really great retrieve and we are working on teaching her to skip. It’s a hard trick!

  3. Danielle Murgia says

Sissy can “shake paws” really well.  She will sit and then give it to you.

  4. Christine Adamski says

I don’t know this is a toughy. My 5 yr old dog can do a bunch of tricks but I want to teach her more that’s why I am entering, anyways her top tricks I believe are play dead, close a door, and grab and keep objects in her mouth. My 14 3/4 yr old dog knows the basic but her ‘special’ trick is that she can wave.

  5. Sharon Gilbert says

Schooner and Skipper can high five.  I want to be able to put a treat on their nose and wait for me to say get it!.

  6. Ethelind Calderon says

Leo knows all the basics: sit, rollover, down, stay, come, up, bow, crawl, wait, catch, high five, rings the bell to go out, and loves puzzles.  I would love to teach him agility and how to pick up his toys and put them in the box when it time for night night.  lol…

  7. Hula hooping!

  8. Ms Gretchen Ann Luper says

My 5 month old puppy can sit, shake and high 5 already but she won’t quit having accidents in house. How can a dog be so smart in one way and so dumb in others

  9. Cindi Decker says

My dog can wave, play dead, jump through a hoop, take a bow and say her prayers on a little bench. She also has 3 agility titles. Can you tell how much I love her?

  10. my girl Jada can speak, sit, stay, balance things on her head, shake, high five, lay down, sit up, dance, roll over, and close doors!

  11. Bailey knows roll over, spin, high five and shake. I would love to teach her to put away her toys lol

  12. sandy weinstein says

my  oldest does the most tricks, she prances, dances, plays kickball and soccer, lies down, rolls over, but need some new tricks…jumping thru hula hoops or weaving

  13. Sherry Dornblaser says

Tank does “back up” and is really good at it. He will back up like a wide load truck, lol.  We would love to teach him how to do circles.  Oh, he’s also very good at catching treats in mid air.

  14. Shiloh knows lots of tricks- he loves learning new things and its even more important with him to drain mental energy than it is to drain physical energy. My two favorite tricks of his are putting his toys away (but he usually gets so excited doing this that he ends up getting the toys back out to play with, or to put them away again in a never ending cycle lol) and bowling. I set up kids bowling pins on one end of the room, and he pushes a ball across the room with his nose to knock them down! We’re always looking for new tricks to learn, would love this book!

  15. Kelly Ann T. says

Artie and Kouga can both spin and then stop and catch a treat.
