Christmas came early this year for Daisy…The pawsome folks at Three Dog Bakery – THE Bakery for Dogs, sent her a generous selection of their new Holi-dog Treats to sample, and invited us to host a Holiday Giveaway! We already knew that Three Dog Bakery makes premium baked goods, food and treats for dogs, so we were super excited to receive these special Holiday Treats, just like the ones you see above. The first thing I noticed as I unpacked our goodies, was that each wafer, cookie, and treat looked exactly like they’d come from a gourmet bakery for humans. They are so pretty that I put some in a bowl so that you could see that these are no ordinary dog treats and that they arrive looking like they just came out of the oven.
My favorite thing might just be Gracie’s Grande Yappuccino filled to capacity with real carob treats that look like chocolate cookies, and vanilla “marshmallows” on top. As much as I tried, Daisy was just too excited to stay still long enough for me to get many good photos. She loves all the Three Dog Bakery treats but I think her favorites are the Oven Baked Classic Wafer Stars, baked with cranberry flavor. I should probably go ahead and confess right now that I tasted each of the treats myself. These cranberry stars have a slightly sweet flavor from the molasses and cranberry, and a little spice from cinnamon. Here’s Daisy doing her best to control herself until I give her one!
I’m so happy that we had the chance to try all of the new Three Dog Bakery Holiday treats and tell you a little bit about them. We will definitely be ordering some from The Three Dog Bakery online store to send out as Christmas gifts this year!
