My particular favorite right now is the Bolivia Pura Mezzo, which is certified Fairtrade International coffee. That means the beans used in this blend are grown and harvested in accordance with standards designed to increase sustainable development throughout the world. Made from 100% Arabica beans grown at an altitude of 6,000 feet in the Bolivian province of Caranavi, this blend is mildly aromatic, low in acidity and features a subtle note of chocolate.
