Good for you…that is one of the most difficult things to do but SO important. No matter what happens, keep trying. It took the hubs and I many tries and now it’s been over 3 years for both of us!
I am starting out the new year differently this year…I am changing things in my life and setting goals…but am not going to freak out if they are not completely attainable …I realize that dieting…exercise are important…and that changes have to be made…but I am not going to go crazy and beat myself up if I slip now and again. I will succeed
