the omni diet book

You may have seen The Omni Diet on The Today Show or other talk show recently…that’s how I first heard about it. The book and program are based on a formula of 70% plants including fruits and veggies, and 30% protein from lean meat sources and nuts to help you Lose Weight, Reverse Disease, Fight Inflammation, and Change Your Life Forever.

It’s a carefully designed series of three, two-week phases, followed by a maintenance plan that offers a lifetime of healthy living. Each of the three phases is detailed in the book and includes meal-planning guidelines and daily menus that feature an exciting variety of delicious recipes along with commonsense advice and simple tips. You can read my recent book review here for more info about it or jump on over to Amazon to check out more reviews and snag your own copy now.
