In yesterday’s post about shopping online during coronavirus, I mentioned that Clorox made a pet formula of disinfecting spray that’s on the EPA list of Coronavirus (COVID-19) Fighting Products. Although it’s listed as a stain and odor remover, it says it’s safe for furniture. I just tested it on our counter tops and it didn’t leave any sticky residue, so it will also be good for disinfecting grocery items such as cans, packaging and boxes, plus other object that come in from the outside. If you have specialty counter tops you may need to check before purchasing. It’s bleach free, made with hydrogen peroxide. It’s also approved for carpet, tile, grout and finished hardwood floors. Obviously, it’s safe for homes with pets, and smells great, too!
