Daisy and her boyfriend Fin

You might have noticed that I’ve been a bit quieter than usual and that things look a little different around here lately. Well, I’ve been busy behind the scenes for the past several weeks learning new stuff about customizing WordPress Frameworks & Child Themes and how CSS works, and in the process I gave my blog a complete makeover!

Since I did it myself, and mostly figured it out as I went along, there’s bound to be a few things that don’t work exactly as they should, or places where I forgot to fix formatting…I hope you’ll have a look around and leave me a comment here or on Facebook to let me know what you think!

Oh, and while you are here…be sure to enter the November Giveaway for a chance to win the prize pack with over $100 in all-natural goodies from Ark Naturals!

I was researching deals and money-saving tips on dog grooming and found this funny list along with some very useful FAQ’s at Pampered Pet Mobile:

Why does it cost more to get my dog groomed than my own hair cut?

Hear are the top ten reasons:

10. Your hairdresser doesn’t wash and clean your rear end.

9.You don’t go for eight weeks without washing or brushing your hair.

8.Your hairdresser doesn’t have to give you a sanitary trim.

7.Your hairdresser doesn’t have to clean your ears.

6.Your hairdresser doesn’t have to remove the boogies from your eyes.

5.You sit still for your hairdresser.

4.Your haircut doesn’t include a manicure or pedicure.

3.Your hairdresser only washes and cuts the hair on your head.

2.You don’t bite or scratch your hairdresser.

1.The likelihood of you pooping on the hairdresser is pretty slim.
