The hubby and I have been on the Nutrisystem weight loss program for almost 6 months and would recommend it to any couple or family looking to lose weight together. I’ve been losing an average of 1.3 pounds per week and the hubs has been dropping an average of 2.3 weekly pounds. Some weeks are better than others but we’ve been really sticking with the program and I’m super happy to have lost 31 pounds so far, and he’s thrilled with his loss of 55 lbs!
Since I’d still like to lose about 15-20 more and he’d like to drop an additional 5-10 pounds, we’re going to continue with Nutrisystem for a couple more months and will keep giving you weekly updates on our progress.
